1. Payment Methods

The payment methods available in the online shop are displayed during checkout. Depending on the order value, customer group, delivery country and technical availability, individual payment methods may vary.

Advance Payment

You will receive our payment information after completing your order. Production or dispatch will take place after receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

Invoice

Purchase on invoice may be offered in particular to business customers or after individual approval. There is no entitlement to purchase on invoice.

Additional Payment Methods

Depending on the shop configuration, additional payment methods such as PayPal, credit card or other payment service providers may be available.

2. Payment Timing for Personalized Products

For personalized items, custom-made products, promotional products with logos, engravings, printed products or individually designed products, production generally begins only after receipt of payment or after explicit production approval, where such approval is required.

If the submission of print data, logos, texts, motifs or approvals is delayed, the production and delivery date may be delayed accordingly.

3. Shipping Costs

Depending on the product, warehouse location, weight, shipping method and destination address, different shipping costs may apply. The final shipping costs are shown during checkout before the order is placed.

Bulky goods, freight forwarding, island surcharges or special shipping methods may be charged separately or agreed individually before the order is placed.

4. Delivery Times and Production

Personalized Products

Production usually takes 7–9 business days after receipt of payment, complete submission of data or approval of the proof.

Transport Times

Germany: approx. 2–7 business days
EU: approx. 5–9 business days
Non-EU: approx. 5–10 business days

Express & Scheduled Shipping

Express shipping or scheduled delivery may be available on request, depending on product, warehouse location and availability.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the product, warehouse location, shipping carrier, destination address, production workload and approval timing. The information on the product page, during checkout or in the individual order confirmation is decisive.

5. Shipping Carriers

Depending on the product, warehouse location and destination address, we ship with different carriers. Common shipping partners include:

  • DHL – Standard parcels, Packstation delivery and flexible delivery options in Germany
  • DPD – Parcel shipping, parcel shops and delivery information
  • UPS – Standard, Saver and Express shipping for EU and international shipments
  • FedEx/TNT – International economy and express shipments

The specific shipping carrier will be stated in your shipping confirmation.

6. Tracking and Delivery

After dispatch, you will usually receive an email with the tracking number and the confirmed shipping carrier. Depending on the carrier, parcel shop redirection, delivery options or delivery time window information may be available.

For business customer orders, please make sure the delivery address is reachable during standard delivery times. It sounds simple, but it helps avoid the classic: “The parcel arrived, the office was at lunch.”

7. Customs, Taxes and Import Charges Outside the EU

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT or other charges may apply. These costs must be paid by the recipient and are not covered by Mono.Gift.

We declare the goods value in accordance with legal requirements. Delays caused by customs clearance, inspections or local authorities may extend the delivery time.

8. Partial Deliveries and Transport Damage

Partial Deliveries

Partial deliveries are possible where reasonable for you. If additional shipping costs arise from partial deliveries initiated by us, we will cover these costs.

Transport Damage

Please have any externally visible transport damage noted by the delivery person where possible and inform us promptly by email at service@mono.gift. Please include photos of the damage, the packaging and the tracking number.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Is express shipping available?
